Staff Week in Costa Rica for Noémie COCHET

From March 11 to 15, 2024, Noémie COCHET, administrative manager for outgoing students outside Europe, went on a mobility trip as part of a staff week organized by the Tecnologico de Costa Rica (TEC) in the province of Cartago, Costa Rica.

This mobility was an opportunity to meet the TEC's International Relations department with coordinator Melissa Umaña, and to discover the various and numerous actions implemented on campus in terms of sustainable development.

During the week, she also took part in a meeting with the environmental protection research center, which she was able to visit with the help of Dra. Mary Luz Barrios Hernández, the center's coordinator. She also met with Dr.-Ing. José Andrés Araya Obando, Director of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Construction, who provided her with information on the Master's-level curriculum, as well as national and international accreditations. Staff Week participants also had the opportunity to visit the region and some of its natural parks, such as the Irazu volcano.  More information (non-eu-outgoing @ uttop.fr)
